Are you going through something and you just feel like you are focusing on the problem that is right there? Or so it seems it is? I want you to know God sees You (A really great smiley face would be great here but I'll put :))
Prayer works, things are not just this or just that. Pray, bring it to God, He already knows about it but what matters to you matters to Him too. He Sees You and He wants to help.

For an activity on Beyond What You See, check out the picture below. The picture is a picture of our front yard from the second floor, God often speaks to us in different ways, (there are even more ways than this) those ways can be in photos, in our yard, in the trees, in the snow, in the vines, looking not just with our natural eyes but also our spiritual eyes. So looking at the picture in this post what do you see? What speaks to you? We are looking beyond what we see in front of us, is there a hidden meaning for you in the picture?

After you have found some clues for you in the photo above, that speaks to you. Just for a few minutes think about what it means to you. Why it speaks to you. Whether you share it or not please think about journaling about it. You may need this reference again in the future. I find that journaling about it can be really helpful, there will be times in my journey where I flip open to an entry in my journals and I find it to be most useful for that time in my life.
